Job Description

You will be responsible for answering patient calls and booking patients within their diagnostic target time and adhering to the Trust Policy. The post holders will liaise with doctors and nurses as well as other departments within the hospital.
The successful post holder will be used to working autonomously be proactive and able to take initiative to solve problems. The administrator will need to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and various administrative teams to deliver the objectives of the service.
We are looking for a candidate who can balance the demands of a very busy workload and are dedicated to delivering excellent patient experience. Experience in using Cerner is preferable.
You will be required to have experience in a patient facing role with an excellent customer care manner, communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient Information Technology (IT) knowledge and Skills are essential for this post, to enable you to provide computer based functions and advice to patients and a range of service users.
