Job Description

The successful Administrator will be a fast-paced individual who builds rapport well, with both engineers and clients and works well under pressure. You will be a logical thinker who can make sound judgement calls and has an excellent eye for detail. Previous experience within a parts / supply chain / ordering position would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.

The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Quoting all works identified by the engineering team, obtaining costs from suppliers for parts and equipment
  • Raising work orders for all accepted quotations
  • Raising purchase orders and ordering all parts and equipment
  • Monitoring / chasing all parts orders in transit
  • Monitoring and updating client portals on a daily basis

You will be available to carry out a video interview with me prior to a first stage telephone interview with my client with a 2nd stage, face to face / meet the team with my client afterwards.
