Job Description

A fantastic business that do operate an open door policy and family feel this role will see you directly responsible for 1 direct report, ensuring all financial aspects of this great business including the day to day running of accounts and payroll, ensuring prompt and efficient processing and the accurate management of the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers within regulatory requirements.

This role would suit someone who is circa 2 years post qualified who is looking for their next career step.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Monthly Management Accounts preparation and reconciliation Building Budget figures into the Management Accounts and analysing performance against budget Sales Reporting Monthly/ Quarterly, Annual Management and Statistical Reporting Bank Reconciliation and the processing of bank payments Management of the Purchase and Sales ledger/ posting payments and receipts Credit Control Processing of employee expenses Providing support to the admin team during busy sales invoice production Overseeing both Payrolls (Monthly and Weekly) Managing dividends and loan accounts Preparation of year end accounts and file Coordinating annual audit and preparing statutory accounts, including VAT returns Completion of ad hoc financial and business projects including Pension Accounts.
