A fantastic business that do operate an open door policy and family feel this role will see you directly responsible for 1 direct report, ensuring all financial aspects of this great business including the day to day running of accounts and payroll, ensuring prompt and efficient processing and the accurate management of the sales, purchase and nominal ledgers within regulatory requirements.
This role would suit someone who is circa 2 years post qualified who is looking for their next career step.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Ideally ICM qualified although not essential * Have significant credit management experience * Staff management experience * Ability to analyse and interpret financial data to enable commercial and strategic decision making with logic and consistency * Have a thorough understanding of economic and accounting principles and practices * A sound business acumen with a strong understanding of the business and wider economic environment * Working knowledge of SAP would be highly desirable * Able to lead and manage change * Excellent people management and stakeholder engagement skills
