The ideal candidate will be IT literate and work well under pressure in a busy environment and able to work accurately and effectively using your own initiative as part of a team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable candidate who ideally would be resilient and flexible to deliver a positive experience to all patients and service providers by the provision of an efficient, confidential and professional service. Applicants will work on reception both face to face with patients and on the phone; you will also perform other administrative duties.
Working hours are 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday and the unit is open between 07.00am-20.00pm. Shifts will be allocated between each staff member to stagger shifts throughout each working day as reception will need to be covered at all times.
