Job Description

My client is looking for a successful Credit controller who also wants to be involved in general accounts as part of their duties. Responsibilities would include:

• Calling and e-mailing customers for outstanding payments
• Ensuring retention levels remain high
• Ensuring all queries are resolved in a satisfactory manner
• Account reconciliation
• Maintaining and improving credit control policies and procedures
• Providing assistance in general accounts and covering other areas when necessary e.g. purchase ledger

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You must have previous credit control experience and be able to use your own judgement and initiative when dealing with queries and potential legal action.  You should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and desire to support and be part of a small successful team.
