Assistant Accountant
Full-time, Contract
Job Description
The successful Assistant Accountant will:
Assist with preparing the holding company's and Group's accounts
Assist with performing timely monthly, quarterly, half yearly and year end Group consolidation, Inter-company transactions and reconciliations, and consolidated adjustments entries
Assist with statutory audits and internal audits
Assist with HQ reporting of Group and all subsidiaries.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, FRS, statutory and regulatory reporting requirements
Assist review of financial and reports prepared by team members
Any other duties assigned by supervisor and Management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have previous experience working in the finance team of a property company 1-2 years group consolidation and financial reporting experience Previous experience working on multiple entities Good time management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, formulas etc) Studying towards the ACCA or CIMA qualification
