Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Director the FC will be responsible for all financial reporting and client finance. This is a great opportunity for an established Financial Controller looking for a role where they can add value quickly or a Finance Manager looking to step up in to a broader role

Financial Controller | The role:

• Manage Month End Review and submission to the Group
• Manage all financial Reporting and ensure completeness, accuracy and provide insightful commentary where necessary.
• Preparation of Reforecast submissions, ensuring accurate forecasting and implementing necessary actions
• Financial and Administrative aspects of Client Accounts, including budgeting and Contractual requirements.
• Manage Client Profitability, proactively seeking ways to improve profitability
• Identify and communicate any risk and scope issues associated with client accounts.
• Provide advice on how to improve business situations, increasing revenue and reducing costs
• Support all departments for all financial and operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to create efficiencies, streamline processes and leverage resources to reduce costs wherever possible.
• Build positive relationships with Agency Team Leaders with regular and open communication.
• Ensure compliance with the Group operational and financial policies and processes
• Manage Internal and External Audits to ensure completeness and compliance
• Responsible for managing and developing a team of two

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) Full understanding of entire finance function and experience working in a client servicing business Experience partnering with senior stakeholders Excellent attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Some management experience is preferred
