The Role:

• Preparing financial models (operational & cash flow forecasting)
• Performing financial analysis, including transaction & public company
• Pitch books for marketing and transaction execution purposes
• Attend relevant meetings and industry conferences
• Experience with cross border corporate finance transactions highly desirable
• Extensive understanding and exposure to the transaction execution process
• Excellent academic history, numerical ability as well as written and verbal communication
