Job Description

Reporting to the Payroll Manager duties of this role include:

  • Dealing with any queries from various different sites use the of the payroll system. Queries will range from issues with adding new starters, to holiday queries, leavers, and payslip detail
  • Ensuring sites close off rotas on time each week, chasing where necessary.
  • Submitting final rotas at the month end.
  • Inputting Payroll advances at the month end.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll.
  • Follow up any site queries and communicating back to reporting line
  • Maintain reports and recording and documenting queries.
  • Generate reports and analysis and and when required.
  • Maintaining the HR & payroll systems and keeping all profiles and records up to date.
  • Uploading documents to the system and support sites to use system effectively.
  • Process payroll each month and analyse information.
