Job Description

The essential tasks of the appointed candidate are to take care of the front desk and reception area, organize and priorities the day and proactively attend to difficult situations arising at the front desk.
The incumbent should be flexible and able to adapt to an ever-changing atmosphere while at the same time maintaining a certain level of professionalism and friendliness.
Responsibilities and functions

  • Make certain that daily activities are carried out swiftly and efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls at the reception desk in a pleasant and professional fashion.
  • Aid customers as well as personnel with general inquiries.
  • Transfer phone calls and correspondence to the relevant department as per the customer’s demand.
  • Execute ad-hoc and miscellaneous tasks as required.
  • Comply with the security procedure and policy prior to permitting visitors to pass the reception desk.
  • Notify the particular manager or supervisor of potential safety and security, health and safety risks and concerns.
  • Conduct general administrative obligations.
