To undertake various administrative tasks in support of managers, including but not limited to account opening and closing, the client welcome programme, account maintenance, investment orders, ID&V for clients, Know Your Client activity, online access requests, sending new donation receipts, and all other aspects of administration with due regard for risk and fraud.
Daily monitoring of watch list matches, investigate and resolve any matches in line with agreed policies and procedures
Database management/updates/maintenance.
Guide charities through the verification process and assist with any queries that arise, escalate when appropriate
When a client replies prepare a verification file for review and sign off
Ensure that unresponsive charities are chased
Minimize incidents where information is missing
Issue approval emails
