Job Description
  • To undertake various administrative tasks in support of managers, including but not limited to account opening and closing, the client welcome programme, account maintenance, investment orders, ID&V for clients, Know Your Client activity, online access requests, sending new donation receipts, and all other aspects of administration with due regard for risk and fraud.
  • Daily monitoring of watch list matches, investigate and resolve any matches in line with agreed policies and procedures
  • Database management/updates/maintenance.
  • Guide charities through the verification process and assist with any queries that arise, escalate when appropriate
  • When a client replies prepare a verification file for review and sign off
  • Ensure that unresponsive charities are chased
  • Minimize incidents where information is missing
  • Issue approval emails

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Customer service experience. Administrative experience. Customer service Skills. Telephone. Letter writing skills. MS Office. Research skills.
