Job Description

You will be a key focal point of the transport team and often will be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal staff. You will be required to raise quotes & invoices, logging of jobs on to the system and processing of PODs once completed. You will help with the processing of driver’s timesheets, Tacho data and incident reports as well as monitoring vehicle tracking systems to ensure drivers and vehicles are legal at all times.

Strong administration skills are vital to this role, to ensure the whole department runs smoothly and mistake free in line with the business plans. You must have prior transport experience and be a proficient user of MS Office as well as being able to pick up in house systems easily.
An excellent customer service ethos will be paramount with strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage, priorities tasks and being a quick learner will be key in being successful within this role.
