With this in mind you will be supporting the human resource department with day-to-day absences, written correspondence, drafting letters, occupational health referrals, risk assessments, issue you documents relevant to academy procedure and policies. You’ll be a point of contact for staff and external agencies, you will play a vital role in the running of our school. Our ideal candidate will have experience working as a HR administrator and will be confident with computer literacy.
