You help deliver a customer focused, coordinated service for our colleagues, residents, and contractors. You will ensure the servicing and maintenance of our assets are administrated effectively.
Your day to day duties will include monitoring an inbox and dealing with incoming queries. You will also need to priorities urgent issues and work collaboratively to quickly find resolutions. You will ensure records are always up to date and accurate.
