Job Description

You help deliver a customer focused, coordinated service for our colleagues, residents, and contractors. You will ensure the servicing and maintenance of our assets are administrated effectively.

Your day to day duties will include monitoring an inbox and dealing with incoming queries. You will also need to priorities urgent issues and work collaboratively to quickly find resolutions. You will ensure records are always up to date and accurate.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
MS Office Suite knowledge and experience. Experience of delivering high quality customer service. Ideally with a pre-existing knowledge of housing issues/gas legislation/electrical issues. Organized and methodical. Great team player. Calm under pressure – able to priorities tasks with minimal supervision.
