Scan documents and maintain files for Directorates and provide general admin assistance to Members of the Executive Team as required.
Assist in the collation and circulation of papers for Trustees Meetings and Sub-Committees as requested by the Executives responsible.
Be first point of call for customer enquiries and complaints, passing these on in a timely manner to the Director responsible for resolving them, and maintaining central digital records for reporting to the Trustees.
Receive instruction for new staff recruitment from the recruiting managers, place adverts, arrange shortlisting and interviews; for successful candidates, issue offer letter, coordinate DBS checks, obtain proof of right to work in the UK and references; set up new employee details on internal HR system (Iris HR), arrange photo ID card, complete new employee details form for payroll.
Renew DBS check on existing employees, volunteers and Trustees as necessary.
Co-ordinate equipment with leavers and starters in conjunction with IT department.
Support, and help provide cover for absences of, other HARP admin staff including the Procurement and Utilities Administrator.
Act as one of the Fire Marshalls for Central Office.
