Job Description
Reporting to the Payroll Manager duties of this role include:
Dealing with any queries from various different sites use the of the payroll system. Queries will range from issues with adding new starters, to holiday queries, leavers, and payslip detail
Ensuring sites close off rotas on time each week, chasing where necessary.
Submitting final rotas at the month end.
Inputting wage advances at the month end.
Ensure timely processing of payroll.
Follow up any site queries and communicating back to reporting line
Maintain reports and recording and documenting queries.
Generate reports and analysis and and when required.
Maintaining the HR & payroll systems and keeping all profiles and records up to date.
Uploading documents to the system and support sites to use system effectively.
Process payroll each month and analyse information.
