Job Description

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to develop good working relationships with colleagues from other departments/organizations and be able to adapt to meet the ever changing needs of the safeguarding service and team members. The candidate must also have a passion for attention to detail!
We require a person who is innovative, creative, and skilled in Excel/Microsoft Office programs and have the ability to analyze and represent data graphically when preparing reports.
The post holder will be working alongside safeguarding practionners and it is essential that they enjoy working as part of a team, can collaborate to make sure that things get done but are also able to work independently using their own initiative.
We require the successful candidate to be familiar with data protection issues and patient confidentiality. Previous experience of working within a healthcare setting is desirable. An understanding of safeguarding would be advantageous. In return we will provide a comprehensive induction programme and you will be appraised on a yearly basis with a view to developing knowledge and skills where appropriate.
This will be challenging yet rewarding role in which you will be ideally placed to enhance your administrative skills and play an active role in the safeguarding of those people at risk within our communities.
Working hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week
