Job Description

In this role you would be reporting to the International director and would see you managing an administration team of 6-7 people.
This role will see you provide leadership to the administration department you will ensure that staff have their work allocated, providing them with guidance in relation to their tasks and coach them.
You will be support the management team and be able to develop the administration team so that processes within the department will be streamlined and more structured.
The role will involve you managing the sales and purchasing invoice process, you will also assist in the annual budgeting process as well as ensuring that the administrations procedures are adhered to.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An excellent communicator, able to build strong working relationships with your team as well as stake holders. Previous experience within a senior administration or Office manager role. IT proficient - able to use MS office (outlook/word/excel. Knowledge of sales ordering processing. Have excellent administration skills with strong organizational skills and be highly analytical.
