The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a busy, fast paced accounts environment. The opportunity is a full time permanent position and a background working as a finance administrator or accounts assistant with SAGE experience is desired.
Accounts Assistant Position Overview
Maintaining the sales and purchase ledger on Sage
Updating and maintaining Subcontractor statements and spreadsheets
Processing payroll for a number of employees
Answering calls and greeting visitors
Photocopying, filing and a range of other administrative duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• At least 2 years in an accounts focused position • Knowledge of how to operate and process Construction Industry Scheme and DRC • Experience dealing with Sage and excel • Capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment • Experience of Sage is essential • Experience of Excel and Vlookup is desirable
