Job Description
- Maintaining the sales and purchase ledger on Sage
- Updating and maintaining Subcontractor statements and spreadsheets
- Processing payroll for a number of employees
- Answering calls and greeting visitors
- Photocopying, filing and a range of other administrative duties
Accounts Assistant Position Requirements
- At least 2 years in an accounts focused position
- Knowledge of how to operate and process Construction Industry Scheme and DRC
- Experience dealing with Sage and excel
- Capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment
- Experience of Sage is essential
- Experience of Excel and Vlookup is desirable
Accounts Assistant Position Remuneration
£20,000 - £25,000 per annum
