Job Description
  • Maintaining the sales and purchase ledger on Sage
  • Updating and maintaining Subcontractor statements and spreadsheets
  • Processing payroll for a number of employees
  • Answering calls and greeting visitors
  • Photocopying, filing and a range of other administrative duties

Accounts Assistant Position Requirements

  • At least 2 years in an accounts focused position
  • Knowledge of how to operate and process Construction Industry Scheme and DRC
  • Experience dealing with Sage and excel
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment
  • Experience of Sage is essential
  • Experience of Excel and Vlookup is desirable

Accounts Assistant Position Remuneration

£20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Pension contribution scheme

20 days holiday plus bank holidays
