Job Description

We seeks a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide corporate administrative support to the wider organization.
This includes, but is not limited to, working from three of our main borough offices will be working alongside the borough based administrative staff providing support in their organizing and administering of meetings, managing general office enquiries as well as supporting the Office Manager and wider Corporate Services team.
The post holder will be liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and general public by maintaining the switchboard and monitoring the general enquiries inbox.
The post holder will be expected to work flexibly as part of a dynamic team in delivering business support and corporate support functions.
The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required for the role. The post holder will carry out any other duties as may be reasonably be required by their line manager.
