Job Description
- Ensure applications and invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Record subcontract applications and allocate to relevant authorizers
- Follow-up with authorizers to ensure processing timelines are observed and payments deadlines are achieved.
- Raise certificates within prescribed company deadlines
- Assist in processing 4-weekly subcontract payment runs
- Attend to supplier queries and direct queries to relevant authorizers where necessary
- Assist with monthly subcontractor statement reconciliations
- Ensure payment log file is kept up to date (EXCEL)
- Ensure proactive management of any purchase orders requiring uplift
- Provide administrative support where required
- Any other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the Manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent attention to detail. Experience working to deadlines and organized approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate excel skills. Experienced in use of Finance Systems Payable modules.
