Job Description

My client require an accounts assistant to join the operational part of their business as they continue to grow. You will need at least 2 years experience within an accounting role and ideally be studying towards AAT qualification.

• Ensure all production is completed on the system in a timely manner – liaising with operational staff to ensure all data is complete
• Collate and validate weekly production data – amending data to ensure accuracy
• Produce weekly analysis reports including price, labor and distribute to operational leads
• Processing invoices in a timely manner to ensure continuation of supply
• Validating and processing of invoices along with reconciliations and monthly accruals
• Supplier statement reconciliations and communication with suppliers regarding queries
• Assisting in the month end processes including reconciliations, accruals and journals
• Any other tasks as required by the team
