You will be working in quite a large customer service team where emails are in full flow all day from customers as well as phone calls.
You will have to be great at multitasking to keep up with the demands of this department.
This role requires an excellent understanding of SAP, as this programme is used as the main system for this role. You will be given recap training but you will need knowledge prior to starting the job.
