Job Description

The post-holder will be primarily responsible for providing an end-to-end recruitment service for non-medical staff and will also provide HR admin support including processing payroll paperwork and offering basic advice on NHS Terms and Conditions of Service. You will be fully supported by the existing team with any training you may require.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who may have recently completed a HR qualification and is wanting to embark in a career in HR within our NHS.
Applicants must be educated to GSCE level including English, with a good knowledge of recruitment and selection best practice and employment legislation, ideally with experience in the NHS to support this. Experience of using Trac and Electronic Staff Record (ESR) would be an advantage.
