Job Description

You will be involved in working with a wide range of clients to provide a range of accounts, tax and bookkeeping services. To be considered for this position, you must have experience working in a practice of accountants.

Your work will include

  • Preparation of statutory accounts for limited companies and sole traders
  • Filing the Companies House returns
  • Processing Personal tax returns.
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Completing payroll on behalf of clients
  • Bookkeeping in preparation for accounts production

You will be working in the office and using Sage Accounts/ Sage Payroll, VT Software, cloud systems and Excel. Good working knowledge of these packages would be beneficial. Previous experience working within a practice of chartered or certified accountants is essential, preferably with an AAT qualification.
