Ensuring all documents are allocated correctly.
Accurate and fast keyboard input skills.
Good levels of literacy and numeracy.
Good telephone mannerism and customer service skills.
Maintain orderly records and filing system.
Provide administrative support to the Manager and Director.
Good skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
