Job Description

We are currently looking for a professional, high organized and experienced administrator to join a well-established and lovely family orientated company. The ideal candidate with have excellent attention to detail paired with excellent communication skills both oral and written.

  • Accurate and methodical approach with attention to detail.
  • Maintaining and inputting details into the database to ensure records are kept up to date.
  • Ensuring all documents are allocated correctly.
  • Accurate and fast keyboard input skills.
  • Good levels of literacy and numeracy.
  • Good telephone mannerism and customer service skills.
  • Maintain orderly records and filing system.
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and Director.
  • Good skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
