Job Description

The successful candidate fantastic transportation links and very easy access to the local shopping Centre. You will work alongside both the Company Accountant & the Finance Director, dealing with many aspects of Accounts including forecasts on a quarterly basis.

You will be involved with the following:

• Bank reconciliations
• Cash flow forecasting
• Processing both accounts payable & receivable invoices
• Financial statement reconciliations
• Basic office administration

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

At least 12 months experience within an office environment. Above average MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups). Fantastic communication Skills. Dealing with supplier and client queries. Processing invoices.
