Job Description

One of the coolest and highly profitable digital agency is looking to recruit a Senior Management Accountant/Finance Manager. The role directly reports to FD, with sole responsibility for production of management accounts and future progression into management.

The role is commercially focused and will require you to have a keen interest in the wider business, thinking about how they make money, and understand how best to work with Account Managers in a fast paced creative environment.

The Role

• Full ownership for producing the Management Accounts
• Reviewing all month end journals
• Business Partnering with other departments in the business
• Mentoring junior finance team
• Preparation of balance sheet recs, P&L review
• Any ad-hoc projects for the Finance Director & COO
• Assessing revenue helping to build up a picture of what the numbers are, where the money is coming and how to increase profitability

The Person

• Qualified or studying in ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Proactive, positive and excellent interpersonal skills
• Media/Agency experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
