Job Description
  • Supervise Payroll Administrators, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Handling of the day to day payroll
  • First line escalation, as well as managing day to day issues that arise
  • Co-ordinating the payroll team, as well as overseeing monthly teams tasks
  • Run reports and perform audits on pay data input
  • Liaise with the Payroll Manager in setting up new TUPE information

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Experience of working in a payroll function • Experience of working knowledge of iTrent • The ability to perform complex manual payroll calculations • Good working knowledge of current payroll legislation • The ability to work flexibly according to the changing needs of a busy office • CIPP Payroll qualification or equivalent (desirable)
