You will support the Employment Skills and Enterprise Quality & Compliance Team to ensure the accurate transfer of data to and from the systems, following rigorous compliance testing. You will take inbound calls and book participants in for hand over meetings.
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role. It is essential for you to have strong IT skills with particular emphasis on MS Excel and MS Office 365 software. To be a successful you must have robust communication skills, both written and verbal, maintain high standards of accuracy and hold the ability to follow procedures.
