Job Description
The successful candidate will be employed to work in project teams, working directly with client stakeholders to ensure design and delivery of agreed objectives are achieved to time and cost.
Role and Responsibilities:
Support the mapping of business processes to identify issues such as inefficiencies, process gaps or non-value-added activity
Help to analyse problems and design cost-effective and future focused solutions, challenging current state thinking appropriately
Assist in the delivery of operational improvements and data-based analysis
Build an understanding of client businesses, sectors, and markets
Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders
Support, manage and develop client work stream teams to deliver high quality output on time
Ability to inspire trust and build empathy through strong communication, negotiation and decision making
Coaching and mentoring of client project and work stream leads

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Worked in a similar position • Experience with Microsoft 365, and online portals • Telecommunications Experience • Customer service: 1 year (preferred) • Help Desk: 1 year (preferred)
