Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the production of all Lloyd’s regulatory returns including QMA, QMB, QAD and QSR in line with the filing deadlines
• Responsible for the production of SBF information required from finance
• Ensure information requested on the audit deliverables list is being produced and distributed on a timely basis and communicating with the auditors to identify issues and ensure their prompt resolution.
• Oversight of key controls and reconciliations in support of the regulatory filings
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports and disclosures for management.
• Mentoring of junior members of the Lloyd’s reporting team

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working in the Lloyd’s insurance environment essential
• Qualified accountant
• Excellent PC skills with a good working knowledge of Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively and work under pressure
• Collaborative, communicative and empowering values
• Desire to look for opportunities to deliver process efficiencies to support the drive for a scalable function
