Job Description

You will vary, depending on the team you are supporting and will evolve over time as you gain more experience. General duties are likely to include:

  • Meetings: organizing meetings, creating agendas and producing minutes
  • Filing: copying, scanning and filing documentation in accordance with the relevant processes
  • Data inputting: inputting data into systems, running reports and providing information to colleagues as needed
  • Queries: taking queries and forwarding these on to the relevant colleagues, and supporting colleagues with a response as needed
  • Research: carrying our research to support colleagues with projects, and then summarizing and presenting your findings

We provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in Financial Services. You will provide an important contribution by supporting your team in delivering our purpose. You will also work towards achieving a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.
You’ll need to pass a face to face screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch) and sit initial assessments in Math and English.
