Job Description

The successful candidate will be employed to work in project teams, working directly with client stakeholders to ensure design and delivery of agreed objectives are achieved to time and cost.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support the mapping of business processes to identify issues such as inefficiencies, process gaps or non-value-added activity
  • Help to analyse problems and design cost-effective and future focused solutions, challenging current state thinking appropriately
  • Assist in the delivery of operational improvements and data-based analysis
  • Build an understanding of client businesses, sectors, and markets
  • Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support, manage and develop client work stream teams to deliver high quality output on time
  • Ability to inspire trust and build empathy through strong communication, negotiation and decision making
  • Coaching and mentoring of client project and work stream leads

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• An understanding of standard business processes i.e. Order to Cash, Plan to despatch. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative mindset • A demonstrable record of delivery as a member of a team • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite encompassing Excel, PowerPoint & Word applications • Strong analytical skillset with the ability to identify and implement • Good data preparation, technical analysis, and reporting skills (PowerBI experience is a bonus) • Strong written communication: training materials, presentations, client reports • Strong interpersonal skills • A passion to learn, educate others and be involved with a progressive company • An ability to understand and articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
