This role would suit a qualified (ACCA/ ACA) accountant with post-qualification experience in practice who is looking for real professional career growth. The firm will positively consider candidates who have spent some of their career working in commerce and industry roles.

The role and responsibilities in this type of position are many and various but will include

• Staff management and development
• Comprehensive client portfolio management taking control of jobs from the initial request of information through to final sign off and providing quotes to potential new clients
• Managing your personal client portfolio for tax and accounting compliance – statutory accounts, confirmation statements, tax returns (for companies, partnerships and individuals)
• Attending client meetings and providing advice and support
• Managing client relationships, resolving queries and considering long-term client strategy
• Working closely with the other Partners to decide on all matters affecting the business
