Job Description
- Take ownership of the product database, ensuring all products are thoroughly and accurately attributed to support merchandising, reporting and customer experience.
- Perform an audit of current dataset, identifying any gaps or errors in product attribution.
- Populate missing data across all products, collating from multiple sources where necessary.
- Localize product data for global markets as required.
- Support on the development and implementation of processes to increase efficiency and accuracy around product database administration.
- Support with the setup, maintenance and population of any new attributes required.
- Support with the UAT and configuration of new product database software.
- Support on the creation of training documents for new product database software.
- Support with end to end testing of product data flow.
- Support on additional projects where required.

Strong attention to detail. Able to communicate clearly and efficiently with a number of stakeholders, building effective working relationships. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to react quickly to change. Highly organized, able to multi-task and manage multiple projects with a cool head.
