Job Description

You will work closely with the property management, commercial services and development teams, pulling together as one, as well as being responsible for building up rapport with clients across the business in order to maintain the required level of service. You will be leading on setting up a robust system that will assist in recovering all the costs incurred in the service delivery.
The ideal Service Charge Accountant would be someone experienced and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude, someone from an established service charge background.
You are a currently studying towards a professional accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA or CIMA) and have extensive experience in an accounting environment
You will be solution focused with experience in setting service charge budgets and year end.
You will have the ability to excel at service delivery through analysis, reporting and feedback to the Financial Controller.
You will be able to understand business goals and vision and align with legal standards.
