Job Description
- Posting and secure emailing (witness statements and associated documents).
- Filing and production of case files.
- Archiving of case files.
- Storing, retrieving and archiving information.
- Producing research and report information.
- Distribution of marketing information.
- Cleansing of CLIMS, monitoring of late cases list and investigating case failures.
- Booking travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.
- Order, store and distribute consumables for the team.
- Preparation of Drugs Intelligence Data of various types, dependent on specific role.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries.
- Dealing face-to-face with staff from other teams, customers and couriers.
- Photocopying.
- Operating office equipment and technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, fax/scanner/printers and barcode tracking system.
- Maintaining team database(s).
- Working closely with the Drugs team and Team Leader to achieve the above tasks, including carrying out ad hoc tasks.
