Posting and secure emailing (witness statements and associated documents).
Filing and production of case files.
Archiving of case files.
Storing, retrieving and archiving information.
Producing research and report information.
Distribution of marketing information.
Cleansing of CLIMS, monitoring of late cases list and investigating case failures.
Booking travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.
Order, store and distribute consumables for the team.
Preparation of Drugs Intelligence Data of various types, dependent on specific role.
Dealing with telephone enquiries.
Dealing face-to-face with staff from other teams, customers and couriers.
Photocopying.
Operating office equipment and technology, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, fax/scanner/printers and barcode tracking system.
Maintaining team database(s).
Working closely with the Drugs team and Team Leader to achieve the above tasks, including carrying out ad hoc tasks.
