Job Description

Your Project Administrator role:
As a Project Admin expert, you will be responsible for supporting the team advance a demanding project to improve their service to customers. The ideal candidate will be a clear and confident communicator and will possess a keen eye for detail. This Edinburgh-based role pays up to £13 per hour dependant on experience.

Some of your Project Administrator duties and responsibilities will include:
● Maintaining records and data on a complex excel document
● Creating weekly and monthly reports for the internal team and third-party stakeholders
● Dealing with queries and answering questions of stakeholders
● Sorting and filing customer documentation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or a similar role. Ideally, you will possess hands-on experience with scheduling and resource-management tools, as well as admin tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet and Adobe Sign. This position will suit a candidate with fantastic collaboration skills alongside excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
