Job Description

We are looking for a personable, resourceful, and confident candidate who is extremely well organized, able to multitask and to stay calm under pressure. Must be proficient in Google Workspace/Drive apps (Sheets, Slides etc.)
The successful candidate will provide total office management and administrative support to the Chief Business Officer - Home and Advertising Sales team. A keen interest in interior design and decoration, communications, and marketing is preferable.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Diary management and general assistance to the Chief Business Officer - Home
  • Responsible for general enquiries and fielding them to the team
  • Liaising with Editorial teams to maintain high level of communication between the content and commercial teams
  • Liaising with Accounts and Business Management teams as/when required, including checking and cross referencing all advertising bookings for issue closing at the end of each month and managing general invoices and department expenses
  • Liaising with Circulation, Marketing and Transport departments to organize delivery of magazines as and when required and maintaining various mailing list databases
  • Downloading PDFs from the brands’ online archive (DAM) to send to advertising team and clients when requested, including digital magazine codes when appropriate
  • Management of advertiser database – Making sure everything is up to date and maintained on a frequent basis
  • Assisting with selection of imagery and design of presentations using Google slides
  • Assisting with partnerships and CNX projects
  • Assisting with brand events
