Job Description

. They are looking to add someone with extensive DB pensions experience and who is able to take the lead with key scheme events and projects. The successful candidate will have knowledge of working on various pension schemes, and be comfortable supporting Pensions Administrators within the team.
Job specification:
* Work with existing Pensions Technicians and Pensions Team Manager ensuring delivery of requirements for Scheme Events and Projects within KPIs as well as guide the planning process
* Responsible for ensuring both accuracy and quality of Scheme Events and Projects
* Regular reviews of the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and controls, making suggestions where appropriate to continually enhance service delivery, improve processes and reduce potential complaints and risks to the business
* Support the management team where required in all aspects of service delivery and business support including but not limited to ad hoc projects, auditing, etc.
* Develop, maintain and improve customer and inter-departmental relationships


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must have experience within Pensions, specifically working on DB Pension Schemes * Project experience, such as, Scheme Events, Recalculations, Analysis * Outstanding problem-solving skills * Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, ability to manipulate data in bulk, data reports etc.) * Must have strong analytical skills * Strong working knowledge of DB schemes
