Job Description
Duties include but not limited to -
- Co-ordinating the invoice approval process.
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Managing supplier database e.g. credit limits and new supplier set up.
- Weekly payment runs.
- Assisting in uploading weekly approved invoices to Sage.
- Preparation of monthly accruals and prepayments.
- Assisting with the management accounts.
- Maintaining key balance sheet reconciliations and preparing payroll submissions.
- Assistant with VAT and Import VAT queries.
