Job Description

• Payroll and pension administration for all Group entities
• Prepare and assist with monthly payroll figures and quarterly salary analysis
• Ensuring commentary against analysis is clear and appropriate
• Keeping technically up to date and ensuring that payroll is accurately reflected in the accounting records as per the accounting standards applied
• Prepare and assist with payroll reconciliations
• Ensure that the delegated relationships with payroll service providers and advisors are well maintained and working effectively
• Responsible and assist with new staff induction and employee enquiries
• Other
• Assist with continuous improvement work in the payroll area
• Keep procedures up to date
• Provide cover and support for other team members

Job Offer

Payroll Analyst, 12 month fixed term contract - Edinburgh city centre based.

Monday to Friday, 9-5pm. Working from home initially.

Salary - £30,000 - £32,000 pa plus benefits
