Job Description

You will daily manage and oversee the full Finance function - including the daily management and allocation of workload to a Senior Accounts Assistant

You must have experience within Manufacturing / Engineering to be considered for this role. The client will consider candidates who are Qualified by Experience

Responsibilities will include;

• Year End Accounts Preparation - working with external Accountant
• Year End Audit and Stock take
• Budget setting and reconciliation
• Payroll management and PAYE submissions
• CIS submissions
• Expenses reconciliations and processing
• Purchase & Sales Ledger and Credit Control management
• Month End Management accounts production

This is a really hands on role - you must be able to multi-task and adhere to strict Accountancy deadlines. You will also be tasked with coordinating any facilities management or operational duties - the buck ultimately stops with you for any expenditure within the office!

Experience of financial reporting via Sage 200 would be an advantage in this role
